| A. | Full Member | Persons who have a Post-graduate Diploma in Audiology before 1 July 1997 and those who have a Master Degree in Audiology or higher can join the Society as Full Member. Full Members of the Society are eligible to vote at General Meetings and to stand for election as office- bearers. |

| B. | Associate Member | Persons working in related fields and show genuine interest in the promotion and development of audiology, education, hearing and speech sciences are eligible to become Associate Members who may enjoy the benefits of Full Members except that they cannot vote at General Meetings or stand for election as office-bearers. | 200 per year |
| C. | Student Member | Students studying for audiology or related professions are eligible to become Student Members, who may enjoy the benefits of Full Members except that they cannot vote at General Meetings or stand for election as office-bearers. | 100 per year |
| D. | Life Member | Only persons who have been a Full Member for 5 consecutive years or more, and have served in the Executive Committee for 2 or more consecutive terms of office (i.e. for a total of 4 or more consecutive years), and are recommended by 2 Life Members, are eligible to become Life Members of the Society and to vote at General Meetings and to stand for election as office-bearers. | 4000 for life |
#The annual fee is applicable to local Hong Kong residents. Overseas applicants paying through methods other than online payment are required to pay an extra HK$100 in addition to the above mentioned annual fee to cover handling cost.
- The annual subscription for Full, Associate and Student Membership are due on the first day of January of every year. Payment of the subscription on a pro rata basis is not accepted. Full / Associate / Student Membership expires at the end of each year or end of studentship.
- Your application will be forwarded to the Executive Committee for consideration at their next meeting. You will be notified in writing of the result of your application.
- Please note that entry to the Society is at the discretion of the Executive Committee.
